I have been photographing Caithness and Sutherland in all their moods since 1990. The landscape – seascape – wildlife and magnificent skies have been a constant inspiration to me and when they are angry the photographs can be dramatic resulting in many of my Severe Weather photographs being published nationally.

In 1995 we were approached to do our first wedding and as they say - the rest is history. I photograph weddings throughout Scotland including Orkney and the outer Isles and regularly travel into the North of England.  Many years ago I was awarded Craftsman Status with the Guild of Wedding Photographers. This Craftsman status is only awarded by the Guild to a small percentage of photographers nationally who have met its exacting standards and very high standards of customer service – this is a live award.

In the new Gallery at Brough on the road to Dunnet Head we have a permanent display of many recent weddings we have covered ( in various styles of albums) – landscape and wildlife photographs adorn the walls presented in frames we make ourselves and also the ultimate in modern high tech metal frames.

The Gallery also has on sale a unique selection of furniture including lamps – mirrors – tables – chairs and unusual interesting items much of which is made on the premises.
